This bag is huge! I bought this because my large messenger bag was too small to lug around all my gym stuff. This is so big I'll be using it as a travel bag as well, but it's also small enough to be a carry on! So, win-win-win! Read the reviews before picking a size, and look at the pictures too. I was going to buy a medium bag, but after seeing pictures and reading reviews I got the small. I am so glad I didn't get the medium. That would have been way too big. You can fit 5+ outfits in here depending on how you fold clothes. I could load this up for a week's worth of going to the gym. One of the side pockets has mesh on the outside, so you can put wet or moist items in there for airflow. For the picture, note I am 5'8" in case you're smaller than me this bag will feel even bigger.
