I'm an RN and I use this pulse ox daily. It is accurate and easy to use. Portable and with protective/storage case included. It looks nice too :) On colder fingers it takes longer to get a reading just like any other one. My old pulse ox malfunctioned probably because I dropped it too many times. Anyway, it was speedy with the O2 sat readings and accurate as well. This mibest one is a bit slower to read but at least it's accurate! The display font is clear to read and has good lighting. Overall, good purchase.
