Summary: - This salt is delicious. It's exactly what common table salt is not: it's flaky, crunchy, mildly salty and delicious. I purchased this salt to be used for seasoning (before and during cooking) and especially for after, as a finishing salt. Pros: - Flaky, crunchy and sticks to food - Not TOO salty tasting - Great natural flavor - Perfect "finishing" salt Cons: - I wish this salt came with a free classic Fiat or maybe a few Victoria's Secret supermodels, but it arrived by itself as just salt in a box - I wish they made Sea Pepper too - That last one was a joke; however, the free car and supermodels was not a joke. That was very serious.
