PLEASE READ! Of you have a problem with the base coat drying, just know that it is supposed to be bit tacky! It will never FULLY dry! Once you paint with the color of your choice and top coat those WILL DRY FULLY! Amazing product! Just thought I'd let a future buyer k ow because my mother and I were struggling with the base coat thinking the lamp was just too weak to dry it when in reality it was dry and was going to stay tacky for the polish to stick to it!
