I'm a pretty active person. I either play basketball, run, cycle or lift weights in some capacity everyday. I was looking around for some compression recovery socks and figured I'd give Physix a try. They happened to arrive just in time, as I strained my calf at an eveing basketball game, and got home to find my new socks waiting for me. I popped them on to go to sleep to stop the calf tear from further bruising and slept like a baby. Compression in the right places, not too tight (I ordered L and am a size 10.5M). I ended up keeping them on all the next day as well, and my calf left relatively normal only 2 days later. Having had similar injuries in the past, I'm positive the socks help limit the injury. Very stylish colors as well, I went with blue, and will be ordering others. Highly recommend!
