It works, has really helped me!
A little background- I have developed asthma due to allergies. Got a puppy, knew I had allergies- that's ok, that's what Zyrtec is for- but, now that we are all wild in love with this little guy, sneezing & nose blowing has turned into me wheezing & coughing my brains out. I got a rescue inhaler, was puffing on it WAY more than I should & still coughing. This little neti inhaler does not replace the albuterol but I have seriously cut back on how often I need it. Like, from 8-9puffs a day to 1-2 & minimal light cough. Like all natural remedies I have tried, it does not work instantly, if you are already wheezing- like a rescue inhaler does. What I have been doing is just carrying it around & sniffing a deep lung full a couple of times on each side, weither I "need" it or not, all through out the day. I feel myself trying to get a little wheezy & I sniff on it a few extra times a little more often & it goes away. I'm not going to lie, it is kind of a pain to have to do it all day BUT it works & it is all natural, where I noticed my albuterol inhaler bottle says it contains ethanol. I ask my husband "isn't that what they put in gasoline?". Google says it's used as a propellant. I don't see how something that's used as an additive in gas should be going into my lungs. That & my pharmacist says not to hit the albuterol like I do because it's bad for your heart. This doggie is part of the family now. If I have to carry around this little neti inhaler, so be it. It works, I think it smells good & it's natural. I highly recommend 💕🐕 A week or so after I posted this- I do notice the longer I use it the better it works & I'm not needing it as often 😄
