Was really happy with how easy it was to assemble and how lightweight it is. However, less than 4 months in, one of the support beams has snapped off where it was connected to the frame. Nothing done except the usual getting in and out of bed. Only a memory foam mattress on top. Updated 3/7/2016 Zinus customer service was very prompt and helpful with filing for my replacement. I received the replacement frame in a week after submitting all the documentation. Greatly appreciate the quick response!
