Very Helpful for autoimmune issues. I never had a "stomach" issue, digestive problems, or yeast issues, however when I was diagnosed with a dermatologic autoimmune problem, it was suggested I "might" have leaky gut syndrome. I put myself on this vitamin, as well as a digestive enzyme (papaya and pineapple) as well as a daily bone broth regimen (with broth I make myself) and within 3 months my full body rash was GONE. This was a disabling rash - I missed months of work with it. I feel that this vitamin has played a major role in my recovery, and I will continue to take it. Excellent product!!
