It's the best I've ever come across. It's the only one I ever found that has Avocado Oil, all the others are using no oil or olive/coconut oil which are very high in saturated fats. What I love about SmarterVitamins is they not only used Avocado oil which has Polyunsaturated fat and Monounsaturated fat which are the healthy fats, they also are using 100 % COLD-PRESSED EXTRA-VIRGIN USDA ORGANIC AVOCADO OIL! SUPER AMAZING! The softgels are extra small and pack a huge punch, 5000IU per serving. I waited before posting this to have my levels checked and my blood levels went from 17 to 52 in less than 6 weeks. For me, this is the only D3 I'll ever use again. Smarter Vitamins blew it out of the park with this D3 5000IU product. I'll be trying some of their other products just based on the respect I have for this brand for creating this.
