I've had moderate plaque psoriasis for 30-odd years and have tried UVB, cortisone injections, and pretty much every OTC and prescription topical (Dovonex, Taclonex, etc) out there. I'm a confirmed skeptic when it comes to claims about this sort of stuff, but the Vita Sciences Vitamin D3 cream is truly extraordinary. One day's application had as good or better an effect than the meds I've tried -- worked on my skin like a day at the beach. Maybe the best review I can give is the fact that the day after I first used it, I immediately bought another 3 tubes. I don't write a lot of reviews on Amazon, but I know the frustration that goes along with persistent psoriasis, and I feel like I owe it to other sufferers to get the word out: this stuff is the real deal.
