Great customer service
I absolutely LOVED this play mat but it turned yellow after about a year. I contacted customer support and they shipped out a brand new mat the very next day. They said a small amount of the mats had a defect and turned yellow over time. Hopefully they resolved the issue because it is a great mat otherwise.
