I work in a petroleum refinery which operates near 100 dbz all of the time. These plugs are great because it muffles out the industrial noise, but I'm still able to have a conversation in a normal tone, even in the refinery. They work great for talking on the radio, listening to music, or even talking on the cell. These earplugs stay in very well and keep my ears from aching.
