The unit is attractive and compact, and does a good job with my single serving. However, I read negative reviews stating that it stopped working after a month or so of use. The same thing happened to me, but I discovered a problem with the frothing plunger. It needs to move freely up and down by about 1/8 inch. The plunger is flattened on one side and can become jammed. A gentle twist (and maybe a drop of food grade mineral oil) will solve this problem. With this correction, the unit worked perfectly again. I suggest a design change to prevent this from happening. That is the reason for four, rather than five, stars.
