The cooler works but I get standing water and ice on the 4 screws. Waiting for update by customer support. Hope it’s before my return date. Is this normal? Update: Looks like I may have a defective one. Going to return and reorder. It’s a great little cooler but a little annoying I have to wipe up a pool of water. It does keep a six pack nice and cold. Let it sit in there for 24hrs and you are set. Can’t wait to order a replacement. **Update** Replacement arrived and Customer Service was Great. Kept in contact from start to finish to make sure the packaged arrived.
