I bought this for my daughter and her husband... here is their review: My husband was skeptical about us actually "needing" this floor cleaner. However, upon the first use of it, he became a believer! He said he would give it a 10 out of 10. We have 3 large inside dogs; they track in quite a bit of mud. I have always mopped on my hands and knees twice a week, but it just wasn't enough. I could never scrub hard enough. After one use, our floors were cleaner than we have ever seen them, (we have laminate and wood floors.) The machine was light-weight and easy to use. The side with the clean water stayed clean and the other side filled with the dirty water that was sucked up from our floor. Amazing! Everyone NEEDS this!
