I took a chance and ordered this as a present for my wife. She had once said she would like a bidet. Price was less than I expected and I bought it because of the good reviews. Installation was fairly simple. Removed toilet seat, inserted bidet and replaced toilet seat. Put "T: connector in cold water line and installed hoses. That took about fifteen minutes. Hot water install was a little harder as it was under the sink and I had to drill a hole in the side of the vanity and the hookup was a little more difficult, but not a big problem. Worked fine and my wife loves it. I like it, too. My initial concern about whether you would have to suffer cold water until hot water came up was alleviated because you can use cleaning mode that send water downward to run water until it gets to temperature.
