For starters, I have extremely dry lips, and the are always cracked when I wake up. Ive tried (almost) everything single lip mask on the market, including very high end ones, and this I would definitely say rivals, or dare I say is BETTER than ever one of them. I feel this review is so important because I believe in full transparency, and great products, but also giving credit where credit is due. So, the first time I bought this mask, I almost immediately sent it back. I didn’t like the texture (please read all of this before you make your decision), and it lasted about 5 minutes on my lips, which was obviously not what I wanted. I was about to purchase another one with decent reviews, but at a much higher price point. Let me just say I am SOO happy I didn’t. Eva, the seller, contacted me immediately to see what was wrong. I told her issues, and also let her know that as much as I wanted to love the mask, especially for the price, it just felt waxy, stiff, and didn’t help my issues. I have to say (and no, I do not know her personally, and I also buy from Amazon a lot ) that I have NEVER seen a seller go so far to make things right. She happened to message me just as I was about to buy the other lip mask, and thank God I didn’t. Eva listened to my feedback, explained that I probably received one that was not up to her usual standards, which I totally get. She can’t check everything she sells all of the time. She offered to send me a new berry lip mask that she personally knew was right (I’m guessing she has some around for testing), and it would be at no cost. I would have paid it no problem, but she insisted, stating that her customers come first, and she did not want me to pay for it again. She also asked me if it was ok with me for her to send a sample (a very nice large sample at that) of a new plant based vanilla lip product to try out before putting it for sale. It was a cross between the mask, a slightly glossy, yet not sticky lip recovery item that was more for all day use, and a great compliment to the berry overnight mask. I was blown away. I love berry, which by the way, the new one she sent was pure GOLD.. I use it everyday, keep in on my nightstand, and have not since woken up once to dry lips at all. It’s lasts ALL night, and leaves you with the most hydrated plump lips you will ever have when you wake up. I’m still in shock, and I love the little washable silicone applicator it comes with. No more germs from having to did my nails in the product. I highly recommend it. Onto the the Vanilla everyday wear recovery mask. I love that it is plant based, and also that out of ANY vanilla product I’ve ever used, this is the only one I can truly say smells and tastes (not in an overwhelming way) like pure vanilla bean instead of that fake waxy vanilla usually sold. She also sent a card with it with all of the information and tips. We must have gone back and forth through email 20 times. I couldn’t believe she cares that much. So, besides the fact that anything Eva EVER decides to release on Amazon , she has a fan and customer for LIFE. Just amazing. Also, I want to add that I usually use many lip products throughout the day to keep them soft, but I don’t have to anymore. Between the 2, I sleep in the berry, and I use the vanilla during the day. It’s a little softer, can be worn alone, under lipstick, over lipstick, any way actually. It’s addicting. I can’t wait to see the new full size one come out, and hopefully more products from her. Best products and seller I have ever encountered, on or off Amazon. I have to give credit where is due, and she is the kindest seller I’ve dealt with. Thank you Eva for the amazing products, and for your commitment to your customers. It does not go unoticed. You are a ROCKSTAR!!!
