This will hopefully be the last steam mop I will ever need, because as it is right now, it's like this steam mop was meant for me. Let's begin by getting the minor irritants out of the way. When I initially had the mop assembled (easy as pie) and flipped the power on, I was looking for some type of indicator to tell me that the unit was on. Look on the front of your machine. A green light will be on. Had I bothered to read the directions ( I did afterward) I would have seen the information was there. Now for the good, of which there are many pros. My first impressions: Easy Assembly Easy cleaning pad attachment ( oh the uses for Velcro) LIGHT. Don't let this fool you. It's extremely durable. Swivel steam head that gets into corners and very low places. One piece unit. No removal of any parts to add water. Padded mop handle that won't mar surfaces. SILENT. All you hear is the steam while you clean. Easy mobility. The microfiber pads glide over your tile and wood effortlessly. CARPET GLIDER. Simply remove your cleaning pad when ready to clean any rug or carpeted area. Put the mop head into the carpet glider, and go. No bending, no stooping. It freshens up a large area carpet rug very nicely without using harsh chemicals. There are no bells and whistles, BUT you get a steamer that does a good job, very easily. Never again will I look or purchase some of those other steam mops sold on Amazon. They can't touch this one. The beauty of this steam mop is its simplicity, its usability, and the finished product (your floors)
