First of all, I have to admit that the flavor of these arent the best. They have a very bitter aftertaste. The fact they're a shot though, makes it tolerable! Honestly though, he cleanness of the ingredients and the efficacy of this product are totally worth it! Especially in comparison to other "energy shots." I actually feel good about putting these into my body AND they got me through an entire work shift, with only 2 hours of sleep!
