They delivered the generator to the wrong house and left it in the street. It was supposed to be delivered to my front door. The generator is extremely heavy, made of high quality parts. It was difficult to move it. Once the wheels were put it on it is fairly easy to move though. I put the quart of oil that was included in it went out and got six gallons of gas. It started up immediately with the remote start! It is pretty loud but tolerable when the house door is shut. You have to reset the breaker on the side before it will provide electricity to the outlets. Very reliable and provides enough power for our entire house.
