This product is really easy to use and cheap. The point is that it's can use everywhere. I often sit in front of the computer all the time, and most of the time my posture hasn't changed much, so I often have backache and stiff shoulders. With this, I used to hang it around my neck and massage it, and it was nice to warm it up without getting too hot. I've recommended it to my friends and it's really worth it!!!
