I used this product on two 5-hour bus rides and it made my trip so much more comfortable. I really enjoy the memory foam feel, and I have a short neck but this was the perfect height for me. Added bonuses are the fact that you have the option connect the two ends of the pillow and adjust the length (which makes the pillow a more secure fit, and makes it easy to attach the pillow to bags/suitcases), and the waterproof bag the pillow comes with. It was also a nice touch to include an eye mask and 2 pairs of ear plugs in the package. Amazing product, thank you!!!
