An old senior stray cat wandered into my yard 6 weeks ago. He is the friendliest cat ever, but what a mess. Severely malnourished (6lbs) and filthy beyond words. He had obviously been homeless for months. His fur was dill, dry, and matted. Trip to vet revealed that he was between 10 to 12 years old, he has a severe ear infection and needed to be treated for parasites. I decided to keep him. I had him immunized against rabies and distemper got his meds, and brought him home. He was too frail for a bath, So I decided to try Mooncat Foam. His coat was greasy, and had bits of debris caught close to his skin. His rear haunches were matted. I have used this product on him twice, and I could not be happier with the results. Moon cat Foam removed dirt and loosened the mats. I brush him for about 10 minutes everyday - the mats and tangles are gone. His coat is soft and smooth and he feels so much better.
