Pros: Easy to install, cheap, support decent weight, you can fit a pool noodle over top of it for protection. Cons: Strap that goes through your car so if it rains it will drip/soak through the strap and drip into your car wetting your seat. I also put a yoga mat cut out under the legs of the rack to prevent movement and scratches on my roof, and wrapped the bottom caps to the base because they slip off easy if not glued or something.
