The drops are great, easy to use and taste is good. Instructions aren't clear. It says a full dropper but it would only go to halfway. So did two halfway droppers. It made me really nervous and jittery so I measured it in a medical spoon. Half of the dropper was 1 mil. Which is what the dosage calls for. Now I feel good and have a little more energy. The only thing I could suggest is maybe making a line for dosage amount on the dropper.
