Eight years ago, sitting at a stop sign, I was rear-ended and my neck was broken. Replacement of most of my neck bones got the use of my arms back, but the nerves could not be repaired. I have had to adapt, due to living with a number 8 on the 1-10 pain scale. Cleaning and keeping my home the way I used to was difficult. I have spent the past 8 years purchasing every implement I could to help me clean with out having to double my daily morphine for 3 days. So, this was another item. I received it today. I just about cried when I used it. I can use it with my pain free arm. You don't have to push. You don't have to worry if you drop it under water. I purchased this in the budget pack with the extra accessories. They are incredible. Soap scum, mud, hair spray residue off the bathroom counters. When you touch the surface it's CLEAN. I almost forgot what that felt like. You probably think I am exaggerating, I am not. It is embarrasing and humiliating and you lose a lot of self respect when you can't keep a home the way you know it should be. I am thinking this would be a life saver for folks with arthiritis, or limited movement to due age or injury. This product has helped me come a long way to be able to do the tasks that have been lacking. Many things will be as they were before. It's wonderful. I have spent almost $300 on various cleaning tools specifically for the bathroom and kitchen. They were used once and put away. I am donating them to the womens shelter's in town.
