I like these very much and I found that with the addition to my diet of digestive enzymes the two work together well. There was bloating at first as explained at first and that is now gone. I usually use a different product from the same company. Just an aside, the company does put in maltodextrin but it is from rice so if you are allergic to corn as I am, you can still use this. I would recommend this product to friends and family.
