I ordered a set of these a few months ago and loved them so much I ordered a second set to organize my baking cabinet as a quarantine project. One of the containers came with a crack in the bottom and I reached out to the company to see if just the damaged container could be replaced without having to ship back the entire set. A replacement was sent to me and I received it within a week. Amazing customer service and a great product. I love how it makes my pantry look!
