I am so sold on this for an alternative to sugar. If you mix it with erythritol, it brings it up to a very nice flavor profile, inhibiting the bitterness that can occur. This stuff is SO concentrated, I’m glad it has the resealable top. I only need a small amount for each batch of sweetener mixture, so this stuff will last forever. I’ve used it in baking and in teas and coffees with great success. It’s all about finding the proper ratio and some trial and error is to be expected. Just remember: you can always add more, but you can’t take away!
