I had an emergency 'craniotomy' to remove a glioblastoma. As you can see from the picture the neurosurgeons stapled my skull back together. You should also note that the staple where the cut is on the top of my skull but at the start of a right hand turn did not heal as well as the others. Indeed it was still bleeding occasionally when I was about to start radiation/chemotherapy. The local surgeon suggested using Mānuka Honey so when I got back home I ordered some 'as buy now' and received it next day May 20. I had some put on the wound immediately with a simple dressing to stop me fiddling with it :-) It has only been a week and already the wound is almost healed - remarkable. I fully recommend using Mānuka Honey. I suspect that all of the Mānuka Honeys on sale would achieve the same outcome but I can only recommend this one.
