A heads up: The tube of product that I received must have undergone a re-design. The box notes "new" and the tube does *not* look the same as the one shown in the product photo. The part about "3 essential.... B5" is not on my tube. It is on the box the tube comes in. I have emailed Cerave and am waiting for an answer as to if there is any difference in formulation, but I don't believe there is. I thought I had gotten the wrong product until I check around online. I have combo skin: lightly oily in t-zone but dry everywhere else on the face - which is why I needed this. My skin is sensitive to anything harsh and it has not reacted badly to this. I would suggest doing a spot test by applying to a small area for a week or two before using all over. I also suggest making sure to wear a good sunscreen while using this and going out into the daylight. I like the applicator tip because it allows me to dispense the product in small increments. The way I use this is to moisten my face so that it's a bit damp & then applying this by patting small dots of it around the dry areas of my face. I let this dry and then I apply my regular moisturizer. Someone once suggested to always apply face serums & moisturizers in the order of thinnest to thickest. I also find that using my fingers to apply by lightly pat or tap the face treatments help them absorb better. That's just something that works for me.
