We purchased the Pacific Breeze beach tent to take with us on a recent trip to the Oregon coast. I practiced setting the tent up in my home before hitting the beach, and it couldn't have been easier. It took me less than a minute to unpack it, lay it out, and pop it up by myself. Collapsing it was just as easy, and they actually give you a carrying bag that is large enough to accommodate the tent after it's been opened. It was the perfect tool to keep us out of the wind and sun for hours on the beach. The sand bags work perfectly to keep the tent in place, even in fairly strong winds. We had a little trouble taking the tent down in the wind, however, and unfortunately somehow ripped a small hole in it during the process. The real reason I am writing this glowing review, though, is to commend Pacific Breeze for their outstanding customer service. I received a follow up email a couple of weeks after purchasing the product, asking how we liked it. I wrote back that we loved the product, but informed the sender that we were bummed that we had put a hole in the tent and the carrying bag the first time we used it and was wondering if they offered patching kits. Within a day, I heard back from the company, and they offered to let me exchange the tent for a new one. I wasn't able to get back to them right away, but a day or two later I received a phone call from an extremely friendly employee following up on my email. I explained to him that I didn't feel it was right to ask for a new product since I was fairly certain the damage was caused by the conditions, rather than the quality of the product. I was honestly just looking for a patching solution. While they don't offer patch kits at this time, the employee informed me of a special glue I can purchase to repair the damage, and assured me that I could always send the tent to them and they would repair it for me. I haven't tried the glue yet, but today I received a brand new carrying bag in the mail with a personal note. I have honestly never dealt with a company that offered such excellent customer service. I will definitely be recommending this product enthusiastically!
