This is more of a PSA than a bad review... I’ve used this bread machine twice now. Both uses were within 24 hours. Unfortunately it wasn’t because I ate the entire loaf of bread right away. I was very excited to use the machine and decided to try out one of the included recipes first. DO NOT TRUST THESE RECIPES. I read the setup instruction and they were riddled with typos. To my dismay, the recipes also have typos. Being a bread making novice, I didn’t inherently see the error and blindly followed the recipe. The 1.5 lb. recipe listed to use 4x’s as much salt as what should be used and the product was inedible. I know this now after comparing to the alternative size because the (larger) 2 lb. bread loaf had a fraction of the salt listed in the ingredients. The second loaf with my estimated salt measurement turned out much better and I am looking forward to using the machine again. Do yourself a favor and find a tested recipe on Pinterest.
