The bottle received today had a broken seal causing it to leak into the packaging. I’m concerned about the safety of this product because it is discolored to yellow whereas the previous bottle’s contents are almost as clear as water. Item is “nonreturnable” so I would like a refund or replacement. Pretty difficult to work with Amazon on something like this because I’m unable to speak to a person. I have been otherwise very happy with this product until today’s frustration. Update 12/17/20 I received EXCELLENT service when I contacted Natrisweet. Christina was back to me in less than 24 hours, and that was on a weekend! She explained that this product naturally changes to yellow as it ages which can be slowed by storing it in the refrigerator. She was very apologetic but explained the packing for shipment is done by Amazon, and Natrisweet can't guarantee careful packing by them. She then sent a full size replacement! Rare to encounter that style of customer service these days.
