I use these once per year for two weeks (don’t skip a single day) along with a regular whitening toothpaste when I brush twice per day. Ever since I began using them, I get compliments about how white my teeth are. Every six months at my cleanings, my dentists (I’ve had 3 in 3 years due to military moves) and without fail they have each commented on how white my teeth are. Never had a professional whitening procedure done in my life. So they DO work. I’m a non-smoker and seldom drink dark teas/coffees.
