This is my favorite probiotic I’ve used and I’ve used a lot. I love that you don’t have to refrigerate this bottle. Although it says you can take two capsules I’ve only been taking one capsule for almost two months now. I have 6 pills left out of the 60 day supply. I have PCOS which causes inflammation in my body especially affecting my gum health. Since I’ve been taking this probiotic I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my gums even my dentist has noticed. I can’t thank this bottle/company enough because I have tried everything. I’ve also noticed more energy and no acid reflex. I have lost a couple of pounds as well. I will continue taking this probiotic since it has truly helped with my inflammation and none of the other probiotics have helped me like this before. So thank you so much for putting this bottle together.
