Quit pussy footing around. Get this bike (because of the 49 bound fly wheel) and strap on a heart monitor (so you can't cheat) and roll this thing in front of your tv and watch a documentary and break a sweat. I used to ride road bikes outside and I decided I wanted to live to see my grandchildren and I've been riding this Sunny since mid January and lost 25 pounds (in conjunction with My Fitness Pal). I know bikes and i researched the hell out of this and by far this is the best bang for the buck. All those fancy bikes you see with screens of you riding in France don't mean a thing, you're paying for that computer and guess what riding in France or while watching the King of Queens makes no difference to your heart muscle. Best thing I've bought myself in years.
