This little thing is amazing! I got 60ml (2 oz) of breast milk on my first try. I catch about 6-10 oz daily. This is the best purchase I've made as a new mom. Works great. Easy to use. Easy to clean and sanitize. The pump comes with a lid, a stopper, and a bag -- all included. Some key things: [1] Make sure you flip back the cone at the top (before you apply it to your areola), then squeeze the bottom bulb and press the opening to your areola to get a good seal, then flip the cone forward to secure the pump. There are good how-to videos online, but don't be deceived by the ones where people simply squeeze the bottom bulb without flipping back the top cone first. [2] The marks for measuring milliliters (ml) and fluid ounces seem to be a bit off. Others have complained about inaccurate measurements too, so just pour the milk into another bottle to measure the volume. [3] I bought a binder clip cup holder to hold my silicone manual breast pump. It fits perfectly and I don't have to worry about accidentally knocking over the pump.
