Cute T-shirt
The blouse is definitely a T-shirt. It’s solid quality. I am 5’1’’ 150lbs and am wearing a size large. Generally I wear a medium size 8/10. I wanted it to be a bit baggy. I feel I achieved the desired look ordering a size larger. It came quickly and looks like the photo.
