So the first one I ordered as you can see was damaged but what was good about it was that when I complained about it they sent me one right away before I sent back the damaged one and I truly appreciated that. I wanted to give this to my son-in-law as a gift because he needs to drink more water and this will encourage him. I’m very happy with the product and so is my son-in-law and my daughter. And the price is not bad at all for the gallon.
