To start, I will say that I like this product so far. To sum up the review, it seems to give good, clean energy without any jittery effects that come from caffeine-loaded supplements and lasts pretty long - I've been taking two capsules, morning and afternoon. I am not sure whether there will be any anti-catabolic or anabolic effects from an OTC supplement like this, but as an energy product it's awesome. Now, to the nitty-gritty. I love this product because all ingredients are non-GMO, are third-party tested, and manufactured in the USA in a CGMP facility. What does that mean? It means that the facility where this product is manufactured meets FDA guidelines for manufacturing products, which is important to know and should set your mind at ease when purchasing a new product. The ingredients include B vitamins (for energy, of course), guarana, (also for energy), leucine (a BCAA), and dessicated beef liver. The liver is an interesting and welcome addition, as I know that I never eat liver and am missing out on all the nutritional benefits that come from that. This product allows me to get some liver in my daily diet and I love that. The addition of all the other ingredients makes sense and most importantly are not hidden in a proprietary blend. To sum up, again, I really like this product and the straightforward ingredients, and to me it seems to help with energy. I love the addition of the beef liver and applaud Old School Labs for having a CGMP facility and not hiding behind a proprietary blend.
