This product is very similar to Liquipel. So you first clean your screen well, then apply this liquid. I allowed around 20 seconds and then buffed it. Here's why Liquipel is better, 1)8.99 in person, not 16.99 and 2)comes w 2 uses, not 1. The products are near identical in quality. Once applied and allowed to dry, it is mostly scratch resistant. If you try, you CAN scratch it. SAPPHIRE class covers work better but schmutz builds up and when I remove my X heavy duty cases, it breaks that cover. No problem w Liquiglass or Liquipel. 5 stars for $10 or under.
