I've had a lot of "super green" health drinks and until Athletic Greens, they all tasted like liquid seaweed (or worse). This is the first one of these brands that actually blends well with some fruit and has a pleasant taste. And it does as advertised: aids digestion, helps me achieve my dietary goals of eating clean and tastes good. It's also the perfect thing to have when you're experiencing the "thugries". Not quite hungry enough for a meal, but wanting something to tide you over until dinner without causing a spike in sugar or destroying appetite. And the follow-up health trips from Chris are always helpful and informative.
