Wow. I almost had to get a hotel room the day after i discovered the dead mouse smell coming from our bedroom closet. Even with the doors closed i was nauseous every time i came close to walking in our bedroom. I immediately took to amazon to find a solution. I had used the odor absorbing bags before when we discovered a dead mouse smell coming from our daughters closet but it took several days for it to completely take the smell away. I would not advise to try to mask the smell with an air freshener; it just makes a putrid mix of death smell and flowers. Barf. Well, i figured a product called RatSorb was worth a shot and with amazon prime it came lickidy split. I anxiously peered out my window for the mail man to come, and dashed to the mail box as soon as i saw him! I literally poured the liquid on three cotton balls (about half the bottle of it) and put them in a plastic cup and held my breath as i opened my closet doors. I stuck the cup on the top shelf of my closet and quickly closed the doors. I kid you not, 4 hours later i walked back in my bed room and took a whiff... No dead smell at all. The peppery putrid smell of death is no longer there! I think this stuff is a miracle. They must bottle magic or something! I recommend this product highly. What i dont recommend is laying poison to kill your rodent problem.
