WARNING: THE FOLLOWING PROCESS ONLY WORKS ON THIS PARTICULAR PRINTHEAD. DO NOT USE THIS PROCESS ON ANY OTHER MODEL. Thank you. I didn't buy it but I thought I'll save you some money by letting you know how you can restore your printer. First: Take out the printer head, go over to a sink then wash it down with warm water. Not hot water but warm water. Let the ink runs out and shake it to make sure there is no more color ink coming out. Then clean it down with paper towel. Let it dry over your home air exhaust or a window if it's warm outside. Let it dry then come back to inspect it a few hours later. Shake it to see if there is any splash water coming out. If there isn't any then reinstall the printer head. If for some reason the printer is saying something stupid like the printer head is damaged then take the printer head out again and make sure that the bottom is clean. Also make sure the electronic circuit plate area on the print head is super cleaned, too. It is normal that when you've reinstalled the printer head, there may be some air inside the ink cartridges that may be causing your ink to be pushed out in a rush. If after this your printer is still giving you trouble then by all mean go ahead and order this item.
