This works as advertised, but caution buyers about size. I wear a size 9 (women's) and "medium" was recommended. These are too big. If you order a set, get the "small" size. I have been able to use them, but really took a lot of work to get the item into the shoe-- because the size of the stretcher was just too large. The add on pieces to customize the shape work well.
