Imagine living life with no stand for your airpods. That was me before I got my new best friend, Kitty McHedfonz. I used to exist in a constant state of doom and despair where only the occasional grande vanilla chai latte with skim, one pump of caramel, and a chocolate croissant from Starbucks would raise my spirits. My airpods would remain in my ears after I finished listening to the latest episode of This American Life. Oftentimes, I found myself bearing the weight of my airpods in my ears. The physical weight of the airpods was not the only burden that I found myself enduring. The airpods alienated me from society by restricting my ability to hear my own footsteps on the hardwood floors of my house, the water refilling in the 2 1/3 gallon tank of the pristine cyan toilet not even 10 feet from my bed, the white noise of the air conditioner as it kept me cool on summer nights, and even the deafening silence of my own thoughts. Since Kitty McHedfonz arrived into my life, her uplifting demeanor and functionality made it immediately apparent that she was not only my hero, but my most supportive friend. She has never let me or my airpods down. Kitty is also friends with Peapod Guy (yes this is his REAl name) and she regularly enjoys holding him up alongside my airpods.
