Years ago I was sitting outside in a cafe in Italy on a hot summer day. Ordered an iced coffee. The waiter brought a tall glass off iced coffee with cream and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Best I have ever had in my life and I have tried many times to make iced coffee that good. This is it! This cold brew maker has done it. The coffee is perfect, non-acidic and tastes wonderful. I just used our normal Guatemala coffee beans and ground to the coarsest setting. Came out great after 24 hours in the fridge. Highly recommend!
