The set we bought has 3 clubs & 3 balls. Overall, it is plenty sturdy for a toddler. The club heads screw on to the shafts. They come a little loose during play, but are easy to tighten. Only problem I had was trying to get the golf balls out of their holder on the bag. I finally had to use a spoon for leverage, they were in so tight. One got a little dented & I couldn't get the dent out. I just store them inside the bag now, not in their holder. The colors are nice and bright. The "cups" & flags fit nicely on the bag.The bag itself is a cool design which neatly stores everything. The expanding handle is good. The wheels work well. Overall, this gift is a hit with our 21 month old granddaughter.
