Be wary of 5 star reviews as the company offers money back off your order if you place a 5 star review and then send them proof of it. That being said I like the chair, it is supportive and comfortable. My only complaints are that as a tall person (6'4") the head rest needs to be just a little bit higher. Additionally when in a reclined position, sometimes the chair will pop out of the lock position and flop back. Doesn't do it all the time so I 'm not sure if I just didn't have the lock engaged all the way of what, but I will be keeping an eye on in. Overall for the price I am happy with this chair.
